Adjacent to one of Richmond’s earliest surviving structures, the 1818 Samuel Parsons House, the new Parsons Row Townhouses reclaimed a derelict brown field. Built to fit in with the existing nineteenth century neighborhood of Oregon Hill, these 20 townhouses feature individualized porches and rooflines, and create a pedestrian mews to encourage neighborly interaction.
